my charming daughter and …..me.

As of today I only have 2 more chemo treatments. This is a good thing. I thank the Lord for pulling me through.

It's a new day and all is well with the world. Feeling a little foggy,groggy today....just had my 5th chemo session 2 days ago. Not really with it today... a little .....s  l  o  w!  Am happy to be alive!  Before this last treatment I was able to go on a little vacation.....to the great white north...CANADA!!!!!! A family get together at my sister's cottage on an island in the middle of a gorgeous lake. If you have ever been blessed to view the 'Group of Seven'  artwork then you could envision the beauty we soaked in those few days we were there. But even more important...time spent with family! Now a memory...glad to have been there..hope you are making some great summer memories too!

I'm guessing it's hard for me to start blogging....since I have sat here in front of my computer....doing more ...undoing....then doing? So here goes. I'm a slow starter when it comes to new things anyways.
    My desire is to be a support for those going through breast cancer. I am going through just that ....at this time of my life. Knowing and experiencing what I know and have gone through already....I treasure the support that I have been blessed with and encourage others to do the same.  So I guess it starts with me.
   So please feel free to share...cry...laugh... pray and we'll do it together.
